Each order is shipped directly from Mongolia. Due to international shipping, rates may be higher than usual. We deeply appreciate your understanding and support.

Origin and Carriers

All orders are shipped directly from our primary location in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. We currently utilize the following international carriers:

• United States Shipments: We ship exclusively via DHL or FedEx for reliable and tracked international delivery.

• Local Purchases (Within Ulaanbaatar/Mongolia): Your order is for local pickup. Once production is complete, you will receive a separate "Ready for Pickup" email with the exact address and hours. We do not offer local delivery at the moment.

Shipping Rates and Times

• Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination country.

• We aim to process and ship all orders within 7 business days.

• Estimated transit times will be provided by DHL or FedEx at the time of checkout, but typically range from 10 to 21 business days depending on the destination.

Customs and Import Fees

The customer is responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country's customs agency upon arrival. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to estimate potential fees.
