Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Identity Therapy. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order, particularly our international shipping method and estimated delivery times.

International Shipping

All international orders originate from our primary location in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

To keep international shipping costs as reasonable and accessible as possible for our customers, orders are transported from Ulaanbaatar to Seoul, South Korea in consolidated shipments. Once they arrive in South Korea, individual customer parcels are processed and dispatched internationally through Korea Post and its international postal partners.

This shipping method allows us to offer significantly more affordable international delivery than shipping each individual parcel directly from Mongolia through express couriers.

Estimated Delivery Time

Please allow approximately 1–3 months for international delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination country
  • International sea and postal transit schedules
  • Customs processing
  • Handover to the destination country's local postal service
  • Seasonal shipping volumes
  • Delays outside of our control

The 1–3 month delivery period is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

Because our parcels travel through multiple international postal networks, tracking information may occasionally remain unchanged for an extended period while a shipment is between countries. Additional tracking updates may appear once the parcel reaches the destination country and is processed by the local postal carrier.

A lack of tracking updates during international transit does not necessarily mean that the parcel has been lost or cancelled.

Agreement to Shipping Terms

By placing an international order with Identity Therapy, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted:

  • Our international shipping method through South Korea
  • The estimated 1–3 month international delivery timeframe
  • The possibility of extended periods without new tracking scans while the parcel is in international transit
  • Potential customs and postal delays outside of Identity Therapy's control

We strongly recommend taking these delivery times into consideration before completing your purchase.

Tracking Information

Once your parcel has been processed for international shipment, you will receive a tracking number where available.

Tracking may initially show processing through South Korea, as this is the international dispatch point used for our consolidated shipping service.

Once the parcel enters your destination country, further delivery updates may be provided by the destination country's postal service.

If your shipment significantly exceeds the estimated delivery period, please contact us so that we can request an investigation with the relevant shipping carrier.

Local Orders - Mongolia

Orders placed for customers within Ulaanbaatar/Mongolia are currently available for local pickup.

Once your order is ready, you will receive a separate Ready for Pickup notification containing the pickup address and available collection times.

Local delivery is not currently available.

Shipping Rates

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipment weight, and applicable shipping costs.

We use our consolidated Mongolia–South Korea shipping method specifically to keep these costs as low as reasonably possible for our international customers.

Customs, Duties and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country's authorities.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not included in the shipping fee paid to Identity Therapy unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
